Thermal Processes – Photovoltaics R&D

Your Responsibilities

  • You will strengthen the R&D department with your personality, your technical expertise, and your creativity.
  • You will develop and optimize thermal processes, especially diffusion and oxidation, for the production of highly efficient silicon solar cells.
  • You will identify current research and development trends and drive their evaluation forward.
  • You will be responsible for the specification and commissioning of new process equipment.
  • You will support the technology transfer to our international production sites.
  • You will work in international and interdisciplinary projects/teams.

Your Profile

  • You have successfully completed a degree in physicschemistry, or an engineering discipline.
  • You have initial or several years of professional experience in process development for semiconductor or photovoltaic products.
  • You have a systematic and analytical way of working and possess conflict-management and assertiveness skills.
  • You are highly organized, communicative, and a true team player.
  • Very good written and spoken English skills complete your profile and enable you to participate in international business travel.
